Terms of service
These draft terms govern invitation-only evaluation of AT Infotech's AT AI services. Client-specific order forms and signed terms prevail.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be authorised by the client organisation that invited you. Accounts are individual, use verified identity, and may not be shared. Administrators are responsible for memberships, approved content, configurations and recipients in their tenant.
2. Controlled pilot
The initial pilot lasts 30 days unless agreed otherwise. Services are activated only after readiness approval. There is no automatic paid conversion or charge. Production use, fees, taxes, support levels and renewal require an order form or written agreement.
3. Permitted use
Use AT AI only for lawful business purposes and authorised data. Do not use it for unlawful surveillance, spam, deception, malware, rights violations, bypassing security, autonomous high-impact decisions, or processing children’s data without written approval and legally sufficient safeguards.
4. Client responsibilities
The client must have authority to provide its data and instructions; publish appropriate notices; obtain required consent; validate assistant answers and connected knowledge; configure retention and recipients; maintain human oversight; and promptly report suspected misuse or incidents.
5. AI limitations
AI output can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed before consequential use. The service does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Features and provider routes remain disabled until expressly configured. See the AI disclosure.
6. Data and confidentiality
The client retains its rights in client data. The client grants the limited rights needed to host, process, secure and support the service under its instructions. Each party must protect the other's confidential information. The Privacy notice and Data processing terms provide further details.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
AT Infotech retains rights in the platform, software, documentation and branding. No ownership transfers under a pilot. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying the client or disclosing confidential information.
8. Availability and changes
The pilot is supplied on a reasonable-efforts evaluation basis and may be suspended for security, maintenance, legal risk or misuse. Material feature or data-handling changes will be communicated to the client administrator.
9. Suspension and termination
Either party may end an evaluation by written notice. Access may be suspended immediately to contain a security or legal risk. On closure, export and deletion follow the governed workflow, applicable retention, legal holds and signed terms.
10. Warranties, liability and law
Any warranties, liability caps, indemnities, governing law, venue and commercial remedies must be stated in the signed client agreement before paid or unrestricted production use. This public draft does not replace those negotiated terms.
